9 weeks and 16 lbs gone!
I stared Slimgenics 9 weeks ago and it truley was one of the best things I have ever done! Everyday has been a struggle for me because my eating habits were so terrible. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I had no limits! I can't wait to see what the next 9 weeks bring! I know that I CAN DO THIS! Bye for now....
